Nancy Ridout has served Masters Swimming for over 40 years, in just about every capacity.  At the National level Nancy served as president, vice president, and secretary of USMS. She worked on almost every single national committee, as well as writing numerous articles for our USMS web site. Nancy won the Ransom Arthur Award in 1994 for her volunteer service. At the local level Nancy served as Registrar and Top Ten and Records Chair for Pacific for over a decade.
