Joanne Berven served Pacific Masters for many years as its newsletter editor and was part of the communications team that received the 2010 June Krauser Communications Award. She drafted, modified and updated material so that Pacific's information was accurate, timely, and presented in an interesting and engaging manner. Joanne worked with the Pacific Masters Board, event directors, and swimmers to create interesting stories, and with the editor of SWIMMER magazine to deliver a first-rate product.
