U.S. Masters Swimming Coach of the Year Award

Linda Irish Bostick started the Palm Beach Masters program in 2009 in Jupiter FL with morning practices. Over the years, she expanded the program, and it became one of the largest in the country with nearly 50 practices per week led by certified coaches in multiple pools. Her club was named the 2017 USMS Club of the Year and they were the 2021 USMS Local Club National Champions. Her swimmers loved her enthusiasm, encouragement, and dedication to the team.

Linda received the Kerry O’Brien Award in 2016 and earned a USMS Level 4 Coaching Certification in 2017. She was also a USMS Adult Learn to Swim certified instructor. She served as a USMS Championship Committee member since 2018 and was a member of the Recognition and Awards Committee in 2018. Additionally, Linda served as the Florida Gold Coast LMSC Vice Chair.

Linda also achieved All American honors and over 40 Top Ten times in the pool.
