Event Check-In

This is a deck seeded meet. Check-in is required for ALL events and may be done in person at the pool or via the on line check-in system. Coaches or teammates may check in for those swimmers whose travel plans do not permit check-in by the deadlines. Failure to check-in will result in the swimmer being scratched from the event.

For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's events, check-in closes the day before the event at 6 pm. For Thursday's events, check-in closes at 7 am Thursday for the 800 freestyle and at 11:45 am Thursday for the 1500 Freestyle. On site check-in for events will be available at the pool on Wednesday from noon to 8 pm for Thursday's events and from 7 am to 6 pm on Thursday through Saturday for the following day's events. On site check-in for Thursday's events will also be available from 6:30 until the event check-in deadline.

On Line Check-In

For on line check-in, please enter the swimmer's last name (or any portion of their last name) and select Search below. If more there is more than one swimmer with the selected last name entered in the meet, you will then need to select the swimmer you are seeking. Once you have selected the appropriate swimmer, you can click to positively check in for any events where check-in is currently available.
