General Information:

USMS will conduct public meetings from September 26-30. The first House of Delegates meeting will be held on Thursday morning, September 27 and the final House of Delegates meeting will be held on Saturday afternoon, September 29. Delegates are expected to attend all House of Delegates meetings. Delegates should also plan to attend the LMSC workshops which will be held Wednesday evening, September 26 at 5:30 PM.

All persons attending any meetings at the convention must be registered. Registration fees are:
- $130.00 - postmarked by August 28, 2007
- $150.00 - postmarked on August 29, 2007 or later

DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2007. AFTER THIS DATE, PLEASE BRING YOUR DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM AND PAYMENT TO THE CONVENTION.

Please note that all on site registrations must be paid by cash or check.

Send registration inquiries via email to rlhlbrown-at-msn-dot-com. Cancellations may also be directed to this email address or mailed to the above address. Cancellations must be postmarked or received by email by August 28, 2007 to be eligible for refund.

Hotel Reservations:

Reservations for the convention can be made by going to the Hyatt Orange County link which is: https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_gi_new&groupID=90301 or by returning the reservation form to the hotel or by calling the world wide reservation number: 1-800-233-1234.

IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A HANDICAPPED ROOM, PLEASE INDICATE THAT WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS.

HOTEL GUESTS NOT REGISTERED FOR THE UNITED STATES AQUATIC SPORTS CONVENTION WILL BE CHARGED THE HYATT REGENCY ORANGE COUNTY'S STANDARD ROOM RATE.

You may register (as a convention delegate) without making room reservations at the Hyatt Regency, Orange County.

Tax not included (13% Sales Tax and $.60 County Assessment tax)

NOTE: All sections marked with an asterisk * below have been added or updated to include late-breaking changes or missing reports. These sections are DIFFERENT than what was sent out via US Mail. Delegates should print the updated versions and replace the sections in their packets with these updates prior to convention.
