U.S. Masters Swimming Dorothy Donnelly Service Award

Jacque created and directed the Death Valley Open Water Swim at Hartwell Lake in Clemson, SC in 1995. Since there were no open water events prior to this, the event put the Clemson Aquatic Team and South Carolina on the open water “map”. She served as the Referee at many Masters meets, “as long as they were within a day’s drive”. Jacque also served as the Long Distance board member in the SC LMSC for a number of years. She attended the USMS convention in 2001 and 2002 and received the prestigious Glen S. Hummer Award from USA-Swimming in 2001 for her contributions to long distance swimming.
