U.S. Masters Swimming Dorothy Donnelly Service Award

A member of the Lake Erie LMSC since 1994, Tom served both on the LMSC and Ohio Masters Swim Club Board in many capacities. He served as the Lake Erie Chair. During that time the Lake Erie LMSC hosted the 2002 USMS National Swimming Championships and Tom volunteered as coordinator for that event. He was also the meet director of the USMS National One Hour Postal before online entries were adopted. Tom also directed The Edgewater Beach 1 & 2 mile open water event for a long-time, with proceeds from the race donated to local charity. Tom’s contributions at the national level were on the Championship and the Long Distance committees.
