Jackie's service to the Oregon LMSC as its Officials Committee Chair spanned over a decade. In addition, she paced the pool decks as an official at over eight USMS National Championship meets. Jackie served as an Assistant Administrative Referee at the 2006 FINA World Masters Championships and as the Administrative Referee at the 2013 Pan American Masters Championships respectively. Meet directors used her as a reliable resource for her dependability and her willingness to step in to fill needs at the last minute.
