Ginger Pierson served the Oregon LMSC in multifaceted ways. She was the Records Recorder, created H.O.S.T. (house our swimmers tonight), and hand-produced the Aqua Master newsletter. She also served as Awards Chair, Social Chair, Hospitality Chair, and Sunshine Chair. Ginger maintained a spreadsheet for awards/teams since Oregon Masters began. She served as a level 3 coach, helped organize three national meets, and was the 1992 Nationals Relay Coordinator for Oregon Master’s 400 swimmers. Nationally, Ginger was a convention delegate, who mentored new delegates and chaired the Ad Hoc ISHOF Committee
