A very active volunteer in the Delaware Valley LMSC, Stephen Dougherty served as the DV LMSC’s Vice Chair (2021-2023), Treasurer (2015-2020), and Social and Recognition Chair. He helped annually with the LMSC Championships by organizing the post-meet social. Stephen helped determine the LMSCs annual award winners, ordered the awards, and presented them after the meet. Steve attended USMS Convention as a DV LMSC delegate in 2014, 2017, and 2018.
