Maryland LMSC’s Jill Springer joined Masters Swimming in the 1980’s and became a volunteer coach for her club, Maryland Masters in 1985. She actively promoted Masters Swimming, which helped her club grow. Jill eventually joined the Maryland LMSC board, becoming both the Sanctions Chair and the Top 10 Chair, positions she held for over 15 years. An extremely knowledgeable volunteer, Jill was known for her ability to quickly and accurately assist teams looking to sanction their meets.
