Empire State Senior Games - Swimming

From the ESSG website: The Empire State Senior Games is an organized sports competition and leisure program for those age 50 and older which: *Provides recreational opportunities *Encourages fitness as a life-long activity *Promotes the positive image of seniors *Combines sports and games with fitness, fun and fellowship *Advocates true competition in its purest form The 2024 ESSG swimming event is an opportunity to qualify for the 2025 National Senior Games being held in Des Moines, IA. We offer 15 different events to accommodate every swimmer's preference.
