2023 Spring Nationals Off the Deck

VIP Hospitality
VIP Hospitality will be hosted through William Woollett Jr. Aquatic Center offering a variety of healthy options for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks. Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. each day. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the event. Passes can be ordered for $175 when swimmers enter the meet or through the online Event Store.

Food Vendors
There will be light concession options available for purchase to include drinks and snacks. Concessions will be located by the main entrance to the facility.
Event Merchandise
USMS partners will be on site with the latest racing gear and your favorite swim products. A wide variety of meet souvenirs and apparel items will be available at the meet. Select items were available for presale during meet entry and through the Event Store. Presale items must be picked up at the event merchandise tent during the meet.
Team Tents
10x10 team tent reservations are now available with payment due at the time of reservation. Tent reservations are valid from April 27 through April 30.
Parking
Parking will be available at no charge surrounding the William Woollett Jr. Aquatic Center. Parking is available with a permit directly in front of the facility for officials, staff, and those with a handicap placard only. Drop-off and pick-up is allowed. All others are asked to park in the Heritage Park lot which is accessible from Yale Avenue or the large dirt lot behind Irvine High School at the end of Escolar just northwest of Woollett.
Please keep in mind, Irvine High School will be in session on Thursday and Friday and parking is not allowed in the paved lot directly behind the high school. Access to lots may be impacted on Thursday and Friday 8:15-8:35 a.m. due to the start of school. Shuttle Service will be available from the dirt lot 7-10 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. daily or other hours by special request.

Ground Transportation and Airport
John Wayne Airport (SNA), owned and operated by the County of Orange, is the only commercial service airport in Orange County, California. The airport is located approximately 35 miles south of Los Angeles, between the cities of Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Newport Beach. SNA is located 6.2 miles or approximately 12 minutes from William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center. Car rental is available in the baggage claim area and the airport is serviced by Uber and Lyft.
RV Options
RV parking is available in the overflow dirt lot being Irvine High School near the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center, however onsite cooking and overnight camping is prohibited by the school district and City.
